Who we are and how to contact us

This policy applies to the BazaarNext online store at bazaarnext.online. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email support@bazaarnext.online with the subject “Privacy request”.

Information you provide

We collect your name, email address, phone number, optional company name, order notes, selected products and order history. For products requiring home delivery, we also collect the delivery address, city, state, postal code and country. Support messages, suggestions, coupon requests and product reviews contain the information you choose to submit.

Payment records include order references, payment-provider transaction IDs, amount, currency and payment status. Please do not put passwords, full card numbers, security codes, OTPs or banking credentials in order notes, reviews, support messages or AI conversations.

Information collected when you visit

Our hosting and connected services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, page URLs, referral information, timestamps and error or security logs. We use session cookies for the cart, checkout, order access and administrator sign-in. Browser storage also remembers settings such as your theme and whether you have dismissed recent-purchase notifications.

How we use information

We use information to create and fulfil orders, verify payments, deliver software licences or physical products where offered, issue invoices, handle refunds and disputes, respond to support requests, verify product reviews and manage suggestion coupons. We also use it to maintain website security, investigate errors, understand website usage and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Payment providers

Depending on your checkout selection and available payment methods, payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, Razorpay or PayPal. Necessary order, contact and transaction details are shared with the selected provider. Payment credentials are entered through the provider’s checkout; our store does not store complete card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

These providers and their banking partners process information for payment authorisation, security, fraud prevention and their own legal obligations. Their own privacy notices also apply: Cashfree, Razorpay and PayPal.

Optional cryptocurrency payments

When Cryptomus is offered and you select it, we send an order reference, invoice amount and currency, and payment return and notification URLs to Cryptomus. We keep the invoice ID, order reference, amount, conversion rate and verified payment status to reconcile your order. This integration does not send your checkout name, email, phone number or delivery address in the invoice request.

Cryptomus processes information entered or generated on its checkout, including payment and wallet transaction details. Its payment notifications may contain wallet addresses and blockchain transaction references. Public blockchain records may remain publicly accessible independently of our store. Never send us a wallet seed phrase or private key. See the Cryptomus Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics and advertising

Our website includes Google Analytics to measure visits and how people use the store. Google may receive browser and device information, page visits, referral information and identifiers through cookies or similar technologies.

Our website also includes Google AdSense code. When advertising services operate on a page, Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar information to serve and measure ads. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalise ads based on visits to this website and other websites, depending on applicable settings and choices.

You can manage Google personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, explore participating vendors’ opt-out choices at AboutAds, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Turning off personalised advertising does not necessarily remove ads or all cookies.

Optional AI voice support

Our optional Talk to AI feature uses Smallest.ai. Opening the panel does not start a call. When you select Start and grant microphone permission, audio, conversation content and connection information are processed by Smallest.ai and its service providers to understand your questions and generate spoken responses. The voice software is loaded from jsDelivr, which may receive your IP address and browser request information.

The store server creates a short-lived call token and does not send checkout details or order records as part of that request. The assistant uses the knowledge and tools configured for it. It cannot confirm an individual payment or order status through this website integration. Avoid sharing passwords, OTPs, complete card details or sensitive personal information.

Smallest.ai may retain recordings, transcripts and call metadata according to account settings and its terms. Authorised store administrators may be able to review these in the provider dashboard. This integration does not copy recordings or transcripts into the store database. End, Close, Escape or leaving the page ends the browser session; this does not delete data already processed by the provider. You can revoke microphone access in browser settings.

Contact support@bazaarnext.online for privacy requests or human help. AI responses can be inaccurate and are not confirmation of a purchase, payment, licence entitlement or refund. Provider handling is described in the Smallest.ai Privacy Policy.

Optional translation

The language selector loads a GTranslate widget and uses translation services. These services may receive your IP address, browser information and page content needed for translation, and may use cookies or similar technologies to remember language choices. Their own privacy notices apply. Avoid entering sensitive information into translated free-text fields.

Reviews, suggestions and uploaded images

Published product reviews show the reviewer’s name, rating, review text and date. Order references and email addresses supplied for review verification are not included in the review display. Suggestions and their contact details are available to store administrators for review and coupon administration.

Recent-purchase notices may show a product, city and approximate purchase time without displaying the customer’s name. Product photos uploaded by administrators are displayed publicly. Such files may retain embedded metadata; administrators should remove private location or other sensitive metadata before uploading.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared as needed with payment, hosting, email, analytics and AI service providers, and with suppliers or delivery partners where necessary to fulfil an order. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to address fraud, disputes or security incidents. Advertising-related collection is described above.

Some providers may process information outside your country, including outside India. Their processing locations and practices are described in their privacy notices. External websites and software download destinations have their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain information for order fulfilment, support, accounting, security and dispute handling for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Retention varies by record type; some records cannot be deleted immediately because they are needed for an unresolved dispute or required recordkeeping. Service providers apply their own retention practices.

We use safeguards such as administrator access controls, protected order access and server-side payment verification. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your order number and checkout email private and report suspected misuse to support.

Your choices and requests

You can block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser, manage advertising choices using the links above, and refuse or revoke microphone permission. Blocking essential cookies may prevent cart, checkout or order-access features from working.

Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a privacy complaint. Available rights depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal obligations or disputes. Send only the information needed to identify your request; do not email identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.

Children’s information

The store is intended for adults making purchases. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorisation, contact support so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where applicable requirements call for an additional notice or consent, those requirements continue to apply.
