You must review the edition, platform, system requirements, region, device limit and license term before purchase. Compatibility is the customer’s responsibility unless the listing is materially incorrect.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after successful payment verification. We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, supplier unavailability or legal restrictions.
License use
Licenses must be used according to the publisher’s end-user license terms. Resale, sharing beyond the stated device limit, circumvention and unlawful use are prohibited.
Delivery and support
Digital delivery is made to the protected order page or customer email after payment verification.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, BazaarNext is not responsible for indirect loss, publisher service outages, unsupported hardware, customer account restrictions or misuse of a valid license. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Contact support before initiating a dispute so we can attempt a resolution.
